Within the 9 Week Warrior community, our war-torn warriors break through their silence and let their guard down in a safe environment.
Through one-on-one or group training these warriors have their brothers by their side to break through the physical and mental challenge of adjusting to their return into society.
These Warriors regain their purpose. They establish their "Why." They work together in order to gain their self-confidence. Through corrective exercise, strength training and the challenges of doing what they physically thought was not possible, they meet life's challenges. They realize there is nothing in life they cannot do. We return them back to a functional person.
The 9 Week Warrior programs also include nutritional support, acupuncture, Muscle therapy, stretching sessions, and group yoga. This program helps keep our warriors balanced and helps their bodies adjust to their new found strength.
